This Is The Way Rhyme

This Is The Way, is an English version of nursery rhyme and a singing game. The rhyme was first recorded by James Orchard Halliwell in mid-19th century as a great starter for an energetic morning.

A singing game which you can learn and sing along with your kids while getting them ready for school. Besides being a singing game this rhyme teaches young kids about following a nice routine without making it a boring lecture which they usually get from us and this rhyme makes it easy, explainable and a fun loving activity for kids to follow like to brush their teeth, wash their face and getting ready for a bright lovely day.

This is the way we wash our face,
Wash our face,
Wash our face.
This is the way we wash our face.
Early in the morning.

Wash wash wash wash.
Wash wash wash.

This is the way we comb our hair,
Comb our hair,
Comb our hair.
This is the way we comb our hair.
Early in the morning.

Comb comb comb comb.
Comb comb comb.

This is the way we brush our teeth,
Brush our teeth,
Brush our teeth.
This is the way we brush our teeth.
Early in the morning.

Brush brush brush brush.
Brush brush brush.

This is the way we get dressed,
Get dressed,
Get dressed.
This is the way we get dressed.
Early in the morning.

This is the way we go to school,
Go to school,
Go to school.
This is the way we go to school.
Early in the morning.
